Located in North Cornwall on the Devon/Cornish border, being just a few minutes drive from many beautiful and award winning beaches and the seaside town of Bude, Hilton Wood is a family owned 15 acre oak woodland containing two beautifully apportioned spruce cabins.
With full access to our private oak woodland your family can explore, unwind and relax, without being disturbed. A wonderful space for adults and children. If you are quiet you may even get to see the deer!
Hilton Wood has solar powered electricity, and combined with the wood will make for a relatively carbon neutral holiday. Good for your soul and good for the planet.
Although currently supported by a small diesel generator it is our aim that all the electricity will eventually be generated by the solar panels, and the gas used on site will be converted to hydrogen, along with water supplied by a bore hole.
We want Hilton Wood to be a completely green space, where families using Oak or Acorn can relax in the knowledge that they, and they alone are benefitting from this wonderful 15 acre space.
